AT&T Tower; Minneapolis, Minnesota
- This project consisted of the design of a new 35 story office building with three levels of underground parking.
Lawson Building and Ramp; St. Paul, Minnesota

- A new 450,000 square foot office building with a seven level 1,000 car parking ramp.
- The parking ramp is 375,000 square feet and was constructed of post tension concrete, consisting of two levels below grade and five levels above grade with retail at the ground level.

- Formally known as the I.D.S. Operations Center
- Features a cylindrical glass entry atrium
- The 65 foot tall columns, which are exposed full height, have no splice joints and were erected as a single piece.
The Piper Jaffray Tower; Minneapolis, Minnesota currently US Bank Corp Building

- This two tower composite steel structure has adjoining 14 and 33 story elements.
- The 11th, 12th and 13th levels serve as trading floors for stock market transactions, while the bulk of the building’s remaining 1,200,000 sq. ft. functions as office space
- A unique feature of these trading floors is that they all have a column free space of 110’ X 110’ each.
- Post-tensioned concrete was utilized for the three levels of underground parking.
