Utilizing the ER-POST™ System A luxury 200 unit, 14-story development of soft-loft apartment homes Two interconnected buildings - one 14 stories high and the other 6 stories high The first five levels of the 14 story tower are indoor parking for 200 cars The street level of the 6 story building is occupied by Trader Joe's grocery store. Spectacular views of the Chicago skyline are the result of floor to ceiling windows and glass balcony rails. The building provides an exercise center, bicycle storage, a business center and a club room that opens onto a green and grassy landscaped roof-top deck.
