  • A stadium with seating for 2,000 fans, a press box, locker rooms, restrooms, storage and mechanical rooms
  • A 23,500 SF, three-level Alumni Building with classrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen and support spaces

Kirkeby-Over Stadium; Sioux Falls, SD

  • Hosted its first football game in September of 2009
  • The $11 million facility is bowl shaped and carved out of a hillside with the field recessed below ground level.
  • Accommodates nearly 7,000 fans through a combination of chair and bleacher type seating.
  • The complex has 11 first-class suites, a press box and a state-of-the-art video scoreboard.
  • The Kirby Golf Center indoor practice facility is located underneath the stands.
  • The stadium superstructure is cast in place and precast concrete suppored by a geo-pier foundation system.
  • The exterior skin system is a combination of structural/architectural precast and split-face block.

Life Time Fitness Facilities; Nationwide

  • Since 2003, Ericksen Roed has designed more than 60 fitness centers nationwide.
  • Projects have been both new construction and remodels to existing facilites.
  • New Life Time Fitness Centers range in size from 90,000 SF to 220,000 SF
  • Each center offers an outdoor pool as well as multiple indoor pools and a few have included water parks.
  • Standard gymnasiums, workout rooms, racquetball courts and locker rooms
  • Plus full service Spas and a Bistro Café
  • Some of the larger centers have also incorporated an attached tennis complex.

Chaska Community Center; Chaska, MN

  • Offering a lap swimming pool, leisure pool, weight room, two gymnasiums, racqueball courts, community center rooms, daycare facility and an art center
  • Also includes a hockey arena with two sheets of ice
